In an effort to stay dadFIT, I present to you the workout of the day. 25 - Butterfly sit-ups 25 - Raised leg crunches 25 - Heel touch crunches 25 - Butterfly kicks 25 - Push-ups 25 - Staggered push-ups 25 - Shoulder taps (each arm) 30 second - Low Plank
